Delete Your Account

Permanent account and data removal. Last updated: May 25, 2026.

To permanently delete your Crowdnine account and all associated data, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Crowdnine app and log in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This action is immediate and irreversible. Once confirmed, your email, username, and all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.

What gets deleted

  • Your account credentials (email, username, password)
  • Room participation history and sync data
  • Clips you created, including the stored clip audio
  • Private copies you saved of clips you were featured in, including the stored audio
  • Any extension state associated with your account

Deleting specific data without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your entire account to remove specific data. For example, you can delete a clip you created at any time, which removes the stored clip audio, while your account stays active.

You can allow clips of your voice or withdraw that consent at any time in your account settings, without deleting your account. If your voice is already in a clip someone else created, you can have it removed: report a public clip in the app and choose the privacy reason, or email support@crowdnine.app. An upheld request deletes the clip and every saved copy of it, including the stored audio.

To request removal of other data, email us at support@crowdnine.app and we will process the request.
